As of 1/25/10 St. Joseph the Worker School is in first place nationally for the 2009/2010 school year.

The Computer Science curriculum is taught weekly for students from grades K-8 in the Technology Lab.  The areas that serve as standards and objectives that are introduced, developed, or maintained are:

General Hardware and Software
Operating Systems
Word Processing
Keyboarding
Graphics
Desktop Publishing
Spreadsheet
Electronic Presentation
Multi Media
Networking
Web Research
Social and Ethical Practices

The Technology teacher designs and instructs students on how to create projects which incorporate these skills.  The goal is to have students integrate technology into the regular content curriculum given real life projects.
