The purpose of the School Advisory Board is to
recommend to the
Pastor and Principal general policies pertaining to St. Joseph the
Worker School. Its recommendations shall be consistent with
all policies issued by the Diocese of Allentown.
The Advisory Board:
· Supports and forwards the mission and
philosophy of St. Joseph the Worker School.
· Engages in an ongoing planning process which identifies the
School's long range needs and prepares goals and objectives which
respond to those needs.
· Support public relations efforts within the Parish and in the
wider local community.
· Support the School administration in efforts to obtain
grants.
Guidelines for anyone who would like to be on agenda for the meeting
are as follows:
·Anyone wishing to address the Board must submit written
documentation to the President no later than the Friday immediately
prior to the Board meeting.
·You will be contacted as to the time you are scheduled to speak.
·If the agenda is full, you may be asked to bring your topic at the
next scheduled meeting.
·There is a liaison for each grade that has representation on the
Advisory Board.
